About the Department

JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide supervision, instruction, counseling, and coaching to participants in activities at community centers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least  21 years old 
  • Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License (Southwest Community Center Only)
  • Must have a year of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children 
  • Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screen (Southwest Community Center Only)
