As our new Senior Product Brand Executive, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll support and contribute on assigned Jet2holidays brands or sub-brand, their portfolios and roadmaps. Focusing on delivering continued growth and quality whilst understanding and adapting to evolving customer needs and wants.
Please note that this role will be offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and evolve the brand proposition and strategy, driving continuous development to maximise performance, differentiation, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, aligned priorities, and strong brand growth.
- Use data, insights, and market trends to optimise product performance, inform decision-making, and maintain competitive advantage.
- Champion the customer experience, enhancing the end-to-end journey while ensuring consistent, high-quality brand delivery across all touchpoints.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities, including new products, destinations, partnerships, and long-term innovation to strengthen the brand portfolio.
- You'll support marketing and distribution activity across key channels (including Marketing, Trade, and Contact Centre) to maximise promotional opportunities and brand visibility.
- You'll collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll have the ability to adapt both written and verbal communication style to be appropriate to the audience
- You’ll have experience in commercial brand or product development roles
- You’ll have good commercial insight, with the ability generate and develop ideas
