Splash Dayz Water Park is preparing for the 2026 season, so we are now accepting applications! Splash Dayz is a great place to work for anyone ages 16 and up, and there are many positions available this year.
The first step is to apply for the position. Then you will need to attend one of our job fairs to meet in person and do an interview. No appointment is needed, just walk in during any of the times below.

The Facility Service Team Member, reporting to the Facility Services Maintenance Lead, is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests. This may include tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms, as well as emptying trash bins and removing debris from the park. The Facility Service Team Member may also be responsible for performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing broken fixtures. In addition, they may be responsible for restocking supplies and ensuring that equipment is in good working order. The Facility Service Team Member should be able to work independently and follow instructions and procedures carefully. A normal shift is 4 1/2 hours but can be a full day (9 to 10 hours). Expect to work between 27 hours and 54 hours a week.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced and high-volume environment;
- Perform clean-up duties of all kinds before, during, and after a shift;
- Assist with Convention Center rental set up and clean up;
- Perform daily janitorial services to include; stock, clean and maintain restroom facilities;
- Assist in opening the water park facility and preparing for the day’s activities;
- Assist in cleaning pools, monitoring and maintaining water chemistry;
- Assist with the guest services as needed;
- Operation of small motorized equipment;
- Responsible to adhering to Splash Dayz uniform and grooming guidelines;
- Observe all safety rules and procedures;
- Clock in and out each day to receive correct pay and approve time daily in the payroll system.

REQUIREMENTS OF WORK
- Must be at least 16 years of age;
- Work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
- Have a professional, energetic, and positive attitude at all times;
- Comfortable working with and interacting with guests;
- Work within a team environment to accomplish common goals;
- Willing to take direction from managers and supervisors.
NOTE
Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable and proven proficiency levels in the above-required knowledge, skills, abilities, education, training, or licensing could be considered as a possible substitute for the above industry-specified training or experience requirements for this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work indoors and outdoors;
- Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time in direct and indirect sunlight;
- This job requires prolonged exposure to hot weather conditions, and appropriate measures should be taken to protect yourself from heat-related illnesses;
- This is safety-sensitive due to cleaning chemicals and hot weather conditions;
- Medium work. Ability to stand, walk, run, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and twist. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects;
- Demonstrate patience and flexibility in changing job demands and when interaction with employees, visitors, and the public;
- Ability to maintain emotional control under stress.
