Job Description

ServiTech is hiring Seasonal Pollination Inspectors! These temporary positions begin around (or shortly after) July 4th, will last 4-6 weeks in duration, and offer $20.00 per hour (with overtime opportunities available).  We are looking for motivated individuals who want a hands-on summer job supporting seed corn production while working outdoors as part of the ServiTech team!



POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE:




  • Work independently in seed corn fields to gather quality data

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity using field software

  • Follow inspection and data collection protocols

  • Daily driving of personal vehicle to various farms across the assigned territory

  • Read and properly navigate field maps

  • Assist with other field activities as needed



QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS




  • 18 years of age or older

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic

  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record 

  • Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided for business use)

  • Enjoys outdoor work (able to work in all weather conditions)

  • Weekend availability required (overtime opportunities available)

  • Proficient with iPad and/or iPhone use (or ability to quickly learn

  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check (with motor vehicle record check), and a pre-employment drug screen.
