    Foxtons is seeking a proactive and highly organised Tenancy Coordinator to join our successful Worcester office. This is more than just a job, it’s a long-term career opportunity. Foxtons offers industry leading training, ongoing professional development, and clear progression opportunities based on performance and ambition. As a Tenancy Coordinator at Foxtons, you’ll act as the central point of contact for landlords and tenants, taking ownership of a portfolio of residential properties and managing each tenancy with confidence and professionalism. 


    Working closely with our local offices and specialist support teams, you’ll provide expert support to landlords across Worcester and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance, resolving tenancy related issues, and offering guidance on legal and financial matters all while ensuring landlord investments are protected and tenants receive an excellent level of service throughout their tenancy.

    We offer:

    • £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

No previous property management experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.
