We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Site leader to support daily operations at our food production/distribution facility. 

Schedule Hours:

Monday-Friday (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Leader with daily site operations and workflow management.
  • Supervise and support production, warehouse or kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Monitor productivity, quality control, and operation efficiency
  • Help train, coach and motivate employees
  • Assist with scheduling shifts and staffing coverage
  • Promote workplace safety and teamwork
  • Other assignments to support operations.

Qualifications

  • 2 years proven leadership and management success.
  • Previous experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role is highly desired but not required.
  • The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels.
  • Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and reporting issues.
