Position Hours: Year Round Employment, Full-Time Afternoon shift
Location: Northeast Range School, Babbitt MN
Wage: $19.53/hour

Position Details: 
Enjoy a rewarding position as a Full-Time Afternoon Custodian with our Northeast Range School! This position is responsible for the cleaning of the school premises which includes both interior and exterior job duties to provide a safe and sanitary environment for the students and staff. This position enjoys a positive environment and the opportunity to work independently following district protocols and procedures.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to operate small equipment � such as lawnmowers, genie lifts, small tractors and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to maintain respect for student confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain 2nd Class C Boilers License
• 1 year experience in general maintenance and/or custodial/cleaning services preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
