Following established policies and department procedures and under limited supervision, responsible for providing loan support for loan officers including the functional duties listed below:
1. Order and/or update all appraisal reports, title premium or date down, environmental reports, and field audit requests prior to new loan entry to CLX or line renewal/amendment.
2. Maintain loan application log.
3. Collect and input data, loan structures, covenants, and borrower’s history to CLX for new loan/renewal/annual review as assigned by the Account Officer before circulating to CAD for underwriting. Prepare Amendment/Extension with analysis and explanation for the AO – as assigned.
4. Upon receipt of the approved CCR/Amendments, coordinate and collect all necessary, required documents/reports and forward to LDD for document preparation; review the completed loan documents prior to customer signatures.
5. Prepare demand letters for payoff as needed.
6. Forward all signed loan documents and/or demand responses to CLPM for loan closing.
7. Prepare routine portfolio and other reports for the designated officer.
8. Assist with various account monitoring activities including follow-up on financial reporting, exception items, and past due loan collection from borrowers.
9. Assist with customer inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate with major in accounting or business preferred.
4+ years commercial lending and banking experience with thorough knowledge of lending regulations.
PC Proficient.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
