The Surgical Technician will be primarily a scrub technician for Rice Memorial Hospital OR and/or Endoscopy cases, with the knowledge of instrumentation and basic knowledge of the operative procedure. The person in this position will perform a variety of duties in assisting the surgical and endoscopy team. They will also participate in daily Rice Memorial Hospital processes with a willingness to accomplish any assigned task.

Schedule: 

• Casual - minimum of 2 shifts per month
• 6:45AM-3:15PM, 7AM-3:30PM, and 9AM-5:30PM
• On-call shifts available 

Pay and Benefits: 

• Starting pay begins at $25.88 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  
  • Pay range:  $25.88 - $36.06 per hour

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of Surgical Tech Program
• 1 years scrub experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Operating room or GI endoscopy experience preferred.
