Description

Saint Mary Catholic School is seeking an experienced Instructional Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Instructional Assistant will assist the classroom teacher in delivering student instruction of the immediate classroom curriculum and will support the teacher in creating a positive educational environment in the classroom, effectively utilize behavior management strategies, and complete other tasks as assigned by the classroom teacher.

Requirements

This position requires at a minimum a high school diploma, and experience working in an educational setting is highly preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.

This is a full-time, hourly, 10-month position Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
