Job Description:¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Diseñar y sostener planes de mantenimiento que funcionen en una operación continua 24/7
- Transformar datos (historial, fallas, órdenes) en decisiones concretas
- Priorizar y asignar órdenes de trabajo con criterio operativo
- Coordinar recursos: personas, repuestos y tiempos
- Impulsar mantenimiento preventivo para disminuir desvíos y paradas no planificadas
- Asegurar trazabilidad: que lo que se hace, quede registrado y sirva
Vas a interactuar todo el tiempo con Producción, Supervisión y Abastecimiento.
Qualifications:- Formación de grado en ingeniería o gestión de mantenimiento.
- Experiencia en planificación en entornos industriales (2-3 años).
- Manejo de CMMS y herramientas digitales (Excel incluido).
- CMRP y SAP deseable.
- Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y confiabilidad
- Capacidad analítica + criterio operativo.
