Family Care Network (FCN) is Washington’s largest independent family medicine organization. In addition to our clinic locations in Whatcom and Skagit counties, we are actively recruiting family medicine clinicians to join multiple new and growing practices planned across King and Snohomish counties.

We currently operate 12 outpatient clinics serving more than 100,000 patients from diverse backgrounds in the communities of Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Mount Vernon, Anacortes, and Woodinville (opening in 2026).

In addition, we offer a variety of additional services including three urgent care centers, clinic-based behavioral health, care management, sports medicine and laboratory services. Our clinicians vary widely in their practices with some focusing solely on outpatient care while others add some combination of OB care and/or urgent care.

Compensation:

Physicians joining a Family Care Network clinic are offered a 15-month Associate Physician contract which includes an annual total compensation $230,000 plus applicable geographic differential (pro-rated if less than full-time), a $10,000 transition bonus, and a $10,000 signing bonus for a total of $250,000 in the first year of employment. Upon satisfactory completion of the Associate period (which typically occurs in 12-15 months), the Physician will likely become eligible for co-ownership and receive approval to become a Member Physician.
