We are currently seeking a Filler Operator. This position operates both the Bulk and Liquid Fillers, maintaining product integrity, throughput, HACCP, quality and food safety standards.
- Operate Bulk and Bottle Fillers, Conveyors, Induction Heat Sealer, and Labeler and possess a thorough understanding of the equipment, controls, and product requirements
- Ensure compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety (HACCP, CCPs), and Quality Requirements
- Complete required MES/Paperwork documentation to stage and consume all materials and product
- by correct "lot" number and/or work order numbers to ensure product traceability and Regulatory Requirements
- Stage primary and non-primary packaging
- Execute all MSS (Master Sanitation Tasks) of assigned equipment to ensure all equipment meets sanitation requirements and ready for daily production
- Collect and submit required samples for Quality Assurance purposes
- Operate and safely use required Material Handling Equipment
- Assist Maintenance in the troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment issues impacting equipment throughput, safety, or quality
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management
