Job Description

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency dedicated to supporting children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Since 2015, our team of BCBAs and LCSWs has been committed to helping students build communication, behavioral, and social skills that lead to long-term independence and success.

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a student’s home environment while collaborating with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Available Cases & Schedules

Case 1
Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Case 2
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Case 3
Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday / Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a student in their home environment implementing individualized ABA therapy programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing the student’s Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) developed by the supervising BCBA
• Supporting goals related to communication, attention, and adaptive behaviors
• Collecting and recording daily behavioral data
• Assisting with skill development through structured learning and play-based activities
• Collaborating with supervisors to adjust goals and interventions based on progress

Qualifications

Preferred fields of study:

• Applied Behavior Analysis
• Psychology
• Special Education
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Language Pathology
• Human Services

Preferred certifications (not always required):

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• CPR / AED / First Aid
• Crisis Intervention Training
• Mandated Reporter Training
• Sexual Harassment Training

Additional qualifications:

• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Creative and engaging when working with children
• Ability to collect data and document session progress
