Position Overview:



The HR Recruiter handles managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates. This role is working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and employment laws.



The ideal candidate is friendly, caring, and people-oriented, while also being organized, dependable, and firm when necessary — balancing empathy with clear communication and professional boundaries.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and workforce needs.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone and/or virtual interviews if needed.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and help in the selection process.

  • Extending job offers and support salary negotiations within established pay scales.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Promote employer branding and positive candidate experience.

  • Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, candidate pipeline, etc.)

  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach.

  • Some traveling will be needed.
