We wish to appoint a Lead Construction Scheduler on a Date Center project in Mons, Belgium.

:To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience of
- Ensuring full and robust integration CM schedule phases
- Liaise and work with Design and CQV Schedule teams
- On-going review and implementation of CM schedule strategy as determined by CM management
- Ensuring on-time delivery of schedule deliverables
- Planning, preparation and facilitation of key schedule workshops and communications
- Compilation and issue of weekly and monthly schedule progress reports & graphics
- Management of progress updating interface with CM team weekly and monthly
- On-going liaison with CM team regarding schedule issues
- Attendance and input at CM progress meetings
You will have a third level degree in a relevant discipline at a minimum and will ideally have
- 8 years’ experience in Planning / Scheduling, with at least 3 years’ experience on Bio-Pharmaceutical projects (ideally in a Construction Management Role)
- Fluent English
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Good communication & people skills
- Good time management skills
- Self-starter and decision maker
