Printfresh is searching for a hungry, creative, and analytically-minded Growth Marketing Strategist to help us build and evolve our paid marketing during an exciting period of growth. This is a role for someone who wants to stretch themselves - someone equally energized by digging into creative performance data and dreaming up the next great ad concept.
You'll be focused on creative strategy and managing emerging paid channels, using data to fuel better storytelling. If you're someone who is always online, always curious, and gets excited when a creative test actually moves the needle, this might be your kind of role.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule- you must be able to work in our Philadelphia office on Tues/Wed/Thurs.
Responsibilities
What You'll Own
Creative Strategy
- Lead creative strategy for paid social- developing concepts, writing briefs, and driving a structured test-and-learn roadmap across channels
- Translate performance data, audience insights, and cultural trends into clear, actionable creative direction for internal teams and external partners
- Analyze creative performance to identify what's working, what isn't, and why - then turn those insights into iteration plans
- Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh, on-brand concepts to the table consistently
- Partner closely with our creative team to brief, review, and refine concepts across static, video, and UGC formats
- Map and communicate creative frameworks, testing plans, and campaign structures
Paid Media Execution
- Help manage and optimize paid social ad accounts across select emerging platforms, with a focus on Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make tactical adjustments to improve efficiency
- Use attribution tools (MTA, incrementality testing) to track performance, understand incrementality, and inform budget and creative decisions
- Partner with the broader growth and ecommerce teams to align paid efforts with site experience and conversion goals
Reporting & Learning
- Execute weekly creative reporting— synthesizing data into clear insights and recommendations, not just numbers on a page
- Build and maintain dashboards that make performance easy to understand and act on
- Drive broader analyses that go beyond weekly results to uncover larger audience and messaging opportunities
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything - you're always asking what we should try next and why
