Provides long-term comprehensive care for the patient population 18 years and older. Diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice. A Physician in an affiliated medical practice provides medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical, diagnostic, and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.

Hours

• Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
• One late day - 10 AM to 7 PM

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine within 3 years of residency training
• Active Maryland Physician license
• Active CDS, DEA, and CPR

Baltimore Medical System (BMS) is a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides quality primary/outpatient care services in the Greater Baltimore area. BMS is the largest FQHC in Maryland, and we offer a variety of comprehensive primary and behavioral health services through five (5) community health centers and eight (8) school-based health centers.
