About The Role
About You
You’ll have some prior experience in this area. Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential – we’ve got all the tools (and the beer), you just need to be excited to learn.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
To perform the essential functions of this role, the Duty Manager must be able to carry out the following activities, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift
Move frequently between floors and navigate stairs
Bend, stretch, reach, and maneuver in tight service spaces
Lift and move items up to 50 lbs (kegs, cases, equipment, and supplies)
Work in a fast-paced, loud, and high-energy environment
Candidates must meet legal eligibility requirements to serve and handle alcohol in accordance with state law.
This position is a full-time leadership role and typically requires a minimum availability of 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
