You will be joining a team of well-connected Sales and Sales-Traders with a strong track record of achievements in the Nordic region. This an established team which has enjoyed great successes, taking market share from competitors and becoming a first-choice broker for many clients managing European & global equities. The team is hiring a senior Salesperson to help provide our Nordic real money clients with the exceptional service to which they’ve become accustomed.
The Role:
We are keen to hire a Senior Salesperson to join us as a Vice President / Senior Vice President. The role will entail managing a range of existing client accounts, while also helping the team to expand and build upon the franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling European and Nordic equities and research to institutional investors
- Managing real money accounts in Scandinavia and generating new business
- Collaborating with adjacent teams to maximise cross-sell opportunities and profitability
- Helping to further our market-leading Environmental, Social and Governance franchise
- Working closely with multiple functions across the bank, including Research, ECM, Corporate Broking and Investment Banking
- Extensive experience in Institutional Equity Sales
- A sizable network in the Nordics region and a consistent record of profitability
- A team player with multi-tasking capabilities and an appetite to grow the business
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language ideally Swedish, and excellent communications skills in both – written and verbal
