Description

Seeking a motivated and engaged Production Supervisor to lead and direct the daily activities of the department. This individual is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, service, and on-time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and company goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build teams and maintain positive cross-functional relationships
• Quality orientation with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn Insight ERP system
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Summary

• Provide daily leadership and supervision to hourly production employees to meet all goals
• Maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment
• Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement and continuous improvement
• Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to standard work
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Promote effective employee relations by providing coaching, training, development opportunities, and by appropriately addressing/resolving issues
• Perform other duties as may be assigned at manager’s discretion
