Responsibilities Completing New Product Development (NPD) testing and creating corresponding test reports Developing solutions to problems based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 3D Prototyping novel concepts and designs Developing test specifications and designing test fixtures Collaborating with international associates as needed to complete project goals Qualifications Hands-on technical aptitude for product design, development, and evaluation Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and a sharp attention to detail Appreciation for Safety Must be available for the Fall 2026 semester, full-time, from August-December. #LI-GM1 #LI-ONSITE
