Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Pot Washer / Floor Cleaner to help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and facility. This role is responsible for washing large pots and kitchen equipment, cleaning floors, and ensuring trash and recycling are properly removed, supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, trays, and large kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dish and pot washing areas
• Sweep, mop, and deep clean kitchen and back-of-house floors
• Take out trash and recycling regularly and ensure proper disposal
• Clean trash areas and replace liners as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned
• Assist in any food preparation as directed by Chef or Sous Chefs.
