Job Description

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required

Position

  • The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining America’s intelligence satellites.
  • Develop. Acquire. Launch. Operate.

Requirements

  • Background in IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and IT governance, including frameworks such as FITARA, FISMA, and UAF
  • Skills in project management (Agile, PMP), financial planning, data analysis (Excel, Power BI), cybersecurity (NIST frameworks), and federal procurement processes (NAM, FAR)
  • Strong communication, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential

Preferred Credentials

  • PMP, ITIL, or CISSP certifications. Experience with tools including MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint is highly desirable
