Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and create customers for life by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
- Become a product expert—master vehicle features, packages, and the latest technology.
- Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence every day.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Eagerness to learn new products and technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Acceptable driving record per dealership guidelines.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.
