Job Description

SecureOne Security Services is hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to build and manage the systems, campaigns, and tools that power our sales operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and driven to make things run better. You will work across SalesForce, Constant Contact, Apollo, Monday.com, Canva, and LinkedIn - managing leads, launching email campaigns, creating marketing materials, and keeping our pipeline moving. Salary: $48,000 Per Year, based on 40-45 hours per week.

What You'll Do
  • CRM & Lead Management - Manage all leads in SalesForce across our Security and Livescan/Fingerprint divisions. Validate, upload, and maintain 5,000+ records organized by industry (Retail, Cannabis, Manufacturing, Schools, Logistics/Trucking, Patrol).
  • Email Marketing & Campaigns - Build and manage Constant Contact email campaigns for current clients, past clients, and new prospects. Manage our IREM property manager directory of 500+ contacts.
  • Lead Pipeline Operations - Export leads from SalesForce into Constant Contact, track email bouncebacks, research replacement contacts, and keep our database clean and accurate.
  • Marketing Materials & Design - Create and maintain sales folders, flyers, and branded collateral in Canva for all service lines - Security, Livescan/Fingerprint, Training, and Mobile CCTV Trailers.
  • Livescan Division Support (Fridays) - Dedicate every Friday to managing 1,000+ Livescan/Fingerprint leads: calling, emailing, updating records, and escalating hot prospects to leadership the same day.
  • Sales Support & Event Coordination - Prepare materials for client meetings, proposals, and sales events. Attend networking events as assigned. Manage a 12-month events and outreach calendar.
  • Daily Reporting - Submit a written daily activity report to leadership every business day. Deliver quarterly written recommendations for sales workflow improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned related to the Sales Department and the overall goals of SecureOne Security Services.

You're a Fit If You Have
  • 1-3 years in marketing coordination, sales support, or CRM administration
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Comfortable learning CRM tools - SalesForce training is fully provided
  • Strong written communication and professional email skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - nothing falls through the cracks
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools for creating marketing materials
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
  • Comfortable making outreach calls and following up consistently
