Join Our Team



We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Rehab Network Coordinator to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experience, care coordination, and operational efficiency.



As a key point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and patient flow across our rehab network.





What You’ll Do



As a Rehab Network Coordinator, you will:




  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the rehabilitation team

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency

  • Schedule and register patients accurately, ensuring complete and compliant demographic and insurance data

  • Deliver a warm, welcoming front-desk experience while maintaining efficient patient flow

  • Coordinate closely with therapists, providers, and leadership to optimize scheduling and access to care

  • Use critical thinking to troubleshoot scheduling challenges and offer alternative solutions

  • Support patient follow-up, rescheduling, and provider communication to ensure continuity of care

  • Maintain knowledge of rehab service lines and conditions treated to guide patients effectively

  • Utilize multiple healthcare systems and EMRs to meet productivity, accuracy, and patient satisfaction goals

  • Uphold patient confidentiality, privacy, and rights in accordance with healthcare standards

  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on service excellence





What We’re Looking For




  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or high-volume customer service

  • Strong patient service mindset with a focus on empathy, efficiency, and professionalism

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical setting

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused approach

  • Comfortable handling both front desk responsibilities and phone-based coordination

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with EMR systems (Redox/Redock or similar strongly preferred)





Preferred Qualifications




  • Associate’s degree or medical administrative certification

  • Knowledge of medical terminology

  • Experience in outpatient rehab, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or healthcare coordination
