The Greens at Erwin is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Weekend Warrior program. This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for a flexible schedule with premium weekend hours while making a meaningful difference in resident care.
Schedule Options
- Full-Time: Friday – Sunday
- Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
