Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Repair and Diagnosis: Learn to execute diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning machine systems and components
- Documentation: Learn to complete thorough documentation on all reports and forms required for each work assignment
- Communication: Effectively communicate machinery problems and resolutions to supervisors and customers
- Technical Tools: Utilize computer programs to efficiently complete assignments
- Product Setup: Assist with the setup and assembly of products as needed
- Knowledge Maintenance: Continuously update technical and product knowledge to stay current with industry standards
- Customer Service: Analyze customer complaints by accurately identifying the facts and working towards resolutions
- Equipment Detailing: Help with washing and detailing equipment as needed to maintain high presentation standards
- Department Organization: Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the service department to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Professional Image: Present a positive and professional image of Titan Machinery in all interactions with customers and the community
- Academic Commitment: Attend all required classes and lab sessions in school, balancing educational and work commitments effectively
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned
