Job Description

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana Setting: In-Home / Field-Based Schedule: Full-Time Starting Salary: $108,000/year

About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is building in-home ABA services in the Fort Wayne area. We are looking for a BCBA who wants clinical depth, not clinical overload — someone who thrives with manageable caseloads, real supervision support, and a team that actually does what they say they will do.

If that sounds like the agency you have been looking for, we would love to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Genuine passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communicator who values collaboration and accountability

Why Achievers ABA

  • Starting salary: $108,000/year
  • Performance bonus + referral bonus program
  • Generous maternity/paternity leave
  • Flexible scheduling — we work around your life, not the other way around
  • Manageable, clinician-friendly caseloads
  • Genuine clinical autonomy — you know your clients, we trust your judgment
  • Supportive culture: humbly confident, good vibes, zero drama
  • Collaborative team that is dependable, accountable, and invested in your growth
