JOB SUMMARY
This position provides support in a variety of areas including Credentialing, HR Operations Support, and Reporting/Analytics. This role is responsible for managing and facilitating the processes of credentialing and re-credentialing to ensure the organization is within compliance.
In addition, the position provides operational support to the HR team, including the CHRO, Recruiting, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner functions. The role is also responsible for maintaining HR data and supporting reporting and analytics to ensure accuracy across HR systems and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and HR operations, with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently to support the day-to-day execution of HR processes. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall goals of the HR department.
JOB DUTIES
- Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications
- Review applications and supporting documentation to ensure eligibility
- Collect and verify information from relevant sources (NPDB, insurers, etc.)
- Identify discrepancies and conduct follow-ups
- Maintain credentialing records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and leadership
- Maintain accurate personnel records in HR systems and files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
- Assist with new hire orientation and HR administrative processes
- Ensure all employment requirements and documentation are completed and maintained
- Provide support to recruitment activities as needed, including coordination and screening assistance
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Compile and maintain HR data and metrics from HRIS and payroll systems
- Support development and maintenance of HR dashboards
- Prepare reports and assist with identifying trends and patterns
- Support HR system processes and data accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Human Resources certification preferred
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (UKG or similar preferred)
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
SMART GOALS
- Ensure 100% completion and compliance of credentialing and re-credentialing processes within required timelines.
- Maintain 98–100% accuracy of employee data within HRIS systems through regular audits and updates.
- Respond to HR inquiries within 24–48 hours, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure all new hires are fully onboarded prior to start date.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports to ensure accurate and timely data for decision-making.
- Identify and support at least 2 process improvements annually to enhance HR operations and efficiency.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position primarily operates in an office environment. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time, use a computer and standard office equipment, and communicate with employees and staff. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting of office materials (up to 15 pounds) may be required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a professional office setting with minimal exposure to adverse conditions. The role may require managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Occupational Risk for Exposure to TB:
There is an occupational risk for exposure to TB, as this position involves extensive community and patient contact. Employees in this role are required to comply with annual TB testing as part of workplace health and safety protocols. The only acceptable exceptions to this requirement are documented medical contraindications or religious objections. Employees who decline TB testing will be required to wear a mask when deemed necessary.
