Position Overview

At Home Genius Exteriors, we don’t believe in “lost deals”—only missed opportunities. As a Rehash Manager, you will play a critical role in re-engaging homeowners who have already experienced our sales process but didn’t move forward.

You’ll own a high-value pipeline of warm leads and use a consultative, customer-first approach to uncover objections, rebuild trust, and deliver tailored solutions that align with our mission: delivering a different experience in home improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Follow-Up

  • Execute disciplined, multi-channel outreach (call, text, email) to re-engage previously quoted homeowners
  • Reposition Home Genius Exteriors’ value proposition with clarity and confidence

Consultative Objection Resolution

  • Identify true buying barriers (price, timing, trust, scope) and address them with tailored solutions
  • Present financing options, scope adjustments, and product education to align with customer needs

Pipeline Ownership

  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of unsold estimates based on revenue potential and close probability
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up cadence

Customer Experience Focus

  • Deliver a high-energy, professional experience that reflects HGE’s commitment to excellence
  • Reinforce brand trust and differentiate HGE from competitors

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Scheduling, and Operations teams to seamlessly rebook and close opportunities
  • Ensure smooth handoff from recovery to project execution

Performance & Accountability

  • Track and improve key metrics including close rate, recovered revenue, and average job size
  • Continuously refine messaging, scripts, and approach based on performance data

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales Experience:  B2C sales (home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, or similar preferred)
  • Closer Mentality: Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals in a competitive environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and persistent in follow-up
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and managing high-volume outreach
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred
