We are seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians to join our full-service small animal hospital in Clearwater. Our caseload is primarily dogs and cats, with occasional exotics, rabbits, and pocket pets.
What You鈥檒l Do
- Provide hands-on support for veterinary care including:
- Restraint, preparing vaccines, filling medications, assisting in exams, and taking x-rays
- Assist in surgical procedures and dental cleanings
- Support anesthesia monitoring and patient care
- Assist with client communication and enter charges accurately
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient care throughout the facility
- Contribute to a positive work culture through dependability, flexibility, and humor
What We鈥檙e Looking For
- Experienced veterinary technician with 1+ years of experience (licensed preferred)
- Confident in anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, and patient care
- Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with rotating Saturday shifts and committed to excellent attendance
- Willing to work 1 Sunday every 2 months for boarded pet care
- A dependable and adaptable team player who brings energy and positivity to work
- A strong communicator who collaborates well with your team and clients
