Global HR Operations
Criteria: Should be available for full-time employment post-internship (subject to successful completion).
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly
motivated HR Intern to support global HR operations across multiple functions
including HR Generalist activities, HRIS management, and Talent Acquisition.
This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic and operational HR practices
while working directly with the HR Director. High performers may be considered
for full-time opportunities based on business needs and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Support
· Assist in day-to-day HR operations,
documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
· Support onboarding, offboarding, employee
records, and policy administration
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR
initiatives and compliance activities
Talent Acquisition
· Support sourcing, screening, and scheduling
interviews
· Coordinate candidate communications and
recruitment logistics
· Assist in employer branding and recruitment
campaigns
HRIS & Data Management
· Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
· Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
as required
· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
of HR data
Eligibility Criteria
· MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree in HR or related
field (final year students or recent graduates preferred)
· Strong interest in HR operations and global HR
practices
· Good analytical, organizational, and
communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR
tools is an advantage
