Job Description:

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Work but not limited in laboratory, technically support on MPS Analog and DC/DC power products.

负责MPS模拟及DC/DC电源产品的在（深圳）实验室里的技术支持

• Serve as technical interface to customers from Schematic/PCB design and optimization, power supply performance test and bug shooting, power supply prototype making. Solve regular application issues.

根据内部需要或客户端需求，进行原理图修改优化、PCB修改优化、参数测试、样机制作，解决常规技术问题。

• Work closely with FAE to do the market survey, competitor analysis, etc.

与FAE紧密合作，完成市场调研及竞争对手分析等

• Maintain the lab. Adjust, test and repair equipment from vendor's help

Requirements岗位要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or above and major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related.

本科及以上学历，电气工程或自动化等相关专业。

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PCB design by Mentor Graphics Board Station, PADS, Allegro or Altium, etc. Including PCB layout, components footprint creation, Gerber generation.

必须会用EDA软件并具备一定的经验。

• Be keen on circuit analysis and hardware design. Good at IC soldering. Knowledge of analog circuit, automation control theory. Familiar with buck/boost/ flyback topology, experience on battery management is preferred.

喜欢电路分析、硬件设计，具备一定的焊接技能和模拟电路及自动化控制等理论知识。熟悉buck/boost/flyback 拓扑，有电源/电池管理相关经验更佳。

• Ability to take initiative in problem solving. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit. Open minded, creative and good interpersonal skills to work with team members.
