As Private Chef, you will curate and deliver refined, personalized culinary experiences across our private residences and exclusive events. You bring together creativity, precision, and intuition understanding that each experience is an opportunity to create something truly memorable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Culinary Excellence & Guest Experience

  • Prepare and present bespoke, high-quality meals tailored to individual guest preferences
  • Design and execute menus for private dining, villa experiences, and exclusive events
  • Deliver elevated, personalized culinary moments that reflect The Loren’s standards and philosophy

Planning, Standards & Consistency

  • Develop, implement, and refine SOPs for private dining and events
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation at the highest luxury standards
  • Proactively plan to deliver seamless, exceptional experiences

Operations & Collaboration

  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Support broader culinary operations across outlets as required
  • Adapt to evolving guest needs, schedules, and operational priorities with agility

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years of professional culinary experience, ideally within an international luxury hospitality environment
  • Recognized culinary degree or diploma
  • Strong expertise in French, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines
  • Experience developing SOPs, training teams, and managing cost control and inventory
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
