  • Predictable Routes: Stay within the same territory all week (no constant dispatch changes)

  • Competitive Pay: $28–$30/hour + overtime opportunities

  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (paid in structured installments)

  • Safety Bonus: Up to $2,000 annually for safe driving performance

Benefits Package

  • PTO accrual starting at 3 weeks first year.

Route & Schedule Overview

  • Run Region: North Carolina & Tennessee

  • Route Type: Dedicated zone (one per week)

  • Schedule: Depart Monday morning, return Friday

  • Overnights: 3–4 nights per week

  • Workload: Consistent weekly structure with opportunity for additional overtime during peak season (January–June)

This is a great fit for drivers who value routine, consistency, and weekends at home, without the unpredictability of long-haul OTR.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely deliver helium cylinders to established customers

  • Load/unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant

  • Perform daily vehicle safety inspections

  • Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance

  • Build relationships with repeat customers and help manage their inventory needs

This is an active, hands-on role which is ideal for drivers who prefer staying engaged throughout the day rather than sitting behind the wheel for long stretches.

What Makes This Job Different

  • Stable, year-round work (specialized HazMat freight)

  • Consistent customers and routes (not a high-turnover delivery environment)

  • Structured territory system (you’re not bouncing between unfamiliar routes)

  • Customer-focused role with less dispatch micromanagement
