Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega professional with 6 to 9 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Pega application development.


The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading end-to-end Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.Job Responsibilities


Strong knowledge of Pega 7.x / 8.x platforms


Implement case management, business rules, decisioning, and integrations


Perform performance tuning, code reviews, and optimization


Drive best practices in Pega design, guardrail compliance, and reuse strategy


Integrate Pega with external systems (REST, SOAP, Kafka, etc.)


Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams


Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews


Support production deployments and resolve critical defects


Ready to work with production support activitiesKey Requirements


6 to 9 years of IT experience with minimum 5+ years in Pega development


Strong expertise in Pega 7.x / 8.x (Pega Infinity) platform


Deep understanding of: Case Management, Data Modeling, Decision Tables / Decision Trees, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs)


Experience in performance tuning and application debugging


Good exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines


Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments


App Dev Lifecycle via release management, migration, branches


Pega Senior System Architect Certification (Pega CSSA) is must


Strong knowledge of Pega guardrails and best practicesSkills & Competencies


Experience in production support and incident management


Strong knowledge on SQL & Web Services


Soft Skills & Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Excellent communication and stakeholder management and mentoring capabilities
