We are seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) to join our Omaha Team, who is motivated, solutions-oriented, and passionate about making a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do:
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality services that align with CSN’s mission and values. You will:
Oversee the broader day-to-day operations of assigned group homes, ensuring smooth, compliant, and effective service delivery
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with employees, individuals served, families/guardians, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Coordinate meetings and collaborate with team members, guardians, and service coordinators
Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals
Ensure services are delivered with quality, consistency, and person-centered focus
Support the development and implementation of individualized support programs
Promote a positive team culture and strong working relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology, education, or a related field, or
High school diploma/GED with at least two years of progressively responsible experience in human services, including supervisory experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. All applicants must also have:
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Requirements:
Ability to learn and implement crisis intervention techniques
Physical capability to perform job duties, including achieving and maintaining required training and certifications such as Medication Aide, First Aid/CPR, and physical intervention techniques
Availability for on-call responsibilities (Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field
- Four or more years of supervisory experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs
- Nebraska Vocational experience preferred, but required
