As an authorized sales and service center for The Raymond Corporation, we provide industry-leading equipment, service, and support to businesses across the region.

Position Overview

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diagnosing and fixing equipment? Whether your background is in automotive, heavy equipment, aviation, or another technical trade, your skills are highly valued here.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a local service team made up of fellow technicians and a Team Leader who support each other daily. While you’ll travel to customer sites and work independently on service calls, you’ll never be on your own—you’ll have a team behind you to collaborate with, share knowledge, and help solve problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field work and being part of a tight-knit, team-oriented environment.

  • Communicate with dispatch, parts, and sales teams to meet customer needs

  • Plan and manage daily service calls efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized service van and manage tools and parts inventory

  • Safely operate a company-provided service vehicle

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities

  • 3 weeks of paid time off (120 hours) starting your first year

  • 8 paid holidays each year

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with annual company contributions

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care)

  • Paid parental and maternity leave

  • Employee Assistance Program and supplemental benefits options

  • Referral bonus program

  • Employee discount program

  • Paid technical training and career development opportunities
