Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. Your main role will be to keep our guest rooms and public areas clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
  • Change bed linens and towels.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
  • Restock room supplies like toiletries and towels.
  • Report any maintenance issues.
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service or cleaning role.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance and cleaning processes.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Ability to use computers, email, Microsoft Word, and property management systems.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently bend and kneel for cleaning tasks.
  • Stand and move around for most of your shift.
