Technology Support Manager
Location: Dunwoody Village, Newtown Square, PA
Dunwoody Village, a nationally recognized nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is seeking an experienced and service‑oriented Technology Support Manager to lead and evolve technology support services for our residents and staff. This role blends IT leadership, project management, and customer service within a mission‑driven senior living environment.
How you will make an impact
• Supervise technical teams, define performance objectives, provide mentorship, and coordinate professional development.
• Technical and System Support: Manage support process including resident / staff support, on boarding, off boarding residents, staff and board members as well as access level changes.
• Project Management: Oversee technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• System Oversight: Work with MSP to monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure operational continuity, security, and reliability.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage/coordinate relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, including contract negotiation and technology assessments.
• Policy and Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices, IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, data governance, and disaster recovery plans to meet regulatory standards.
• Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams, ensuring proper use of technology and adherence to company policies. Develop general training for resident support.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in computer-related degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3+ years in technology project management or IT leadership role.
Skills:
Project management, analytical, support processes, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software as a service and project management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities to bridge technical teams and staff/residents.
