Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to all work instructions associated with the work you are performing.
  • Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties. ( Proper PPE )
  • Perform jobs in priority order unless instructed otherwise.
  • Perform and complete the operation you are performing IAW the required technical data referred to in your job traveler. (operation sheets, engine manuals, OEM SPM’s, written instructions from engineering)
  • Assist engineering with new part development.
  • Report nonconformance’s related to parts, paper work, equipment, tooling or materials to the immediate Cell Leader.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area

Requirements

  • Education Requirements: GCE ‘O’ level/Secondary School or equivalent
  • Experience Level Requirements: 4 - 5+ years of similar duties in the aerospace environment
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical document
  • Skilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, verniers, gauge blocks, radius gauges, gauge pins and visual aids.
  • Basic shop math, read, write, and interpret English, effectively utilize lifting devices, ability to interpret travelers and work instructions, ability to verify log and procedures for accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, good communications skills
