Job Overview
The North America PCSD Accessories Director is responsible for driving the overall performance of Lenovo’s Accessories business across North America, including ownership of category financial results, portfolio strategy, and team leadership. This role leads the NA Accessories Product and Business Management organization and partners cross‑functionally to deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership across Relationship, SMB, and Consumer segments in the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Leadership
Own the North America Accessories P&L, driving strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and category growth.
Run a disciplined Business Management System (BMS) to improve forecast accuracy, business predictability, and execution excellence, including regular updates to senior leadership.
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management—from requirements definition and demand planning through launch, enablement, and product end‑of‑life.
Portfolio & Go‑to‑Market Strategy
Drive the overall NA Accessories portfolio strategy, including docking and non-dock categories, ensuring competitiveness from cradle to grave.
Lead planning and execution for Relationship, SMB, and Consumer campaigns across U.S. and Canada.
Align campaign strategy and execution with Lenovo Worldwide Business Unit (WW BU) teams.
Ensure timely product announcements supported by robust sales enablement and training.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Product Marketing to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Translate North America product and market needs into WW product and marketing requirements.
Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning to manage parts risk, optimize inventory health, and minimize aged inventory exposure.
Ensure competitive pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics.
Sales & Partner Enablement
Work with Corporate, Global, Public Sector, SMB, and Web sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive Accessories performance.
Educate and enable Lenovo sellers and channel partners on the Accessories portfolio.
Partner with sales and channel teams to support deal execution and close opportunities, particularly within SMB and Web segments.
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accessories Product Managers and Business Managers.
Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and performance through effective communication, coaching, and talent development.

Skills & Experience
Proven track record of growing and scaling product categories and expanding routes to market.
Deep understanding of the Accessories market, including customer needs, competitive positioning, and technology trends.
Strong ability to analyze the competitive landscape and develop differentiated sales and marketing tactics.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred
Experience within channel and commercial business models
Exposure to regional retail partnerships in the U.S. and Canada
Knowledge of pricing strategies, inventory management, and supply chain logistics

This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
