Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are looking for a PMO Junior to join our office in Milan (HQ).

The selected candidate will join the PMO Team and play a key role in supporting project and portfolio management activities.

The Role

The PMO Junior will be responsible for portfolio reporting, data collection and consolidation, updating project management templates and procedures, supporting during tender phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and timely updating of all required reports and databases
  • Support continuous process improvement by defining, preparing, and maintaining policies, procedures, tools, and best practices related to project and portfolio management
  • Produce Project Management documentation and cost estimates in a timely manner for Tenders
  • Perform budget analysis and support financial evaluations

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous professional experience in PMO or similar function in EPCI/ Industrial Business environment, Consultant Service or Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel,…) as well as Power BI or similar tools
  • Green Belt, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, a keen interest in exploring new perspectives, and a proactive approach to driving improvements
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
