Provide 1:1 Care—Make a Real Impact in the Home

Achievers ABA is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. If you’re looking for flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and strong clinical support, we’d love to connect.

This role is in-home only and ideal for RBTs who enjoy building strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and track progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers
• Support skill development and behavior reduction

Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Consistent availability (FT or PT schedules available)
