LEAD WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE $21.85/HR | 4-DAY WORK WEEK | LEWISVILLE, TX
E.A. Sween is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Lewisville, TX. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and helping lead the team to ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective distribution to our 7-Eleven stores. This is a hands-on position that helps with training, workflow coordination, safety, and stepping in to support warehouse functions as needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, inventory, pricing, and product dating
- Help assign work and support the day-to-day flow of the warehouse
- Assist with training and coaching warehouse associates
- Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Communicate daily progress and issues to warehouse leadership
- Step into warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations moving
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and as needed in a 24/7 operation
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Work in temperatures ranging from 35°F to 75°F
- Repetitively lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Push/pull up to 250 lbs.
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and reach at different heights
