JOB SUMMARY: 



The Overhaul Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations within the overhaul department, ensuring all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations. This role provides direct supervision of mechanics and technicians, while serving as an A&P-certified leader accountable for quality, execution, and on-time delivery.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Supervise and coordinate daily overhaul activities, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of aircraft components and systems

•    Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, Repair Station Manual (RSM), and company quality standards

•    Provide technical guidance and oversight to mechanics and technicians; support troubleshooting and complex repair decisions

•    Review and validate work performed, ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with airworthiness requirements

•    Plan and prioritize workload to meet production schedules and on-time delivery targets

•    Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes

•    Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support training and development of staff

•    Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
