Location: Sydney, NSW 2000
Employment Type: 3-Month Contract | Full Time Hours | On-Site
Start Date: May 2026
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on experience

No Limits Sports (NLS) is the leading provider of sports coaching in Australia. It has a proven track record of success across a wide range of sports and activities. We cater for all age groups and all abilities. We cater for all sports in all locations nationally.

We are looking for a Sports Administrator to come on board and join the team on a 3 month contract. Reporting to the Director, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to the organisation's goals. This role is office-based in the Sydney CBD.

Must have working rights in Australia.

Qualifications & experience

  • Sports coaching/playing experience
  • Paid Working with Children check (WWCC)
  • Sports Administration background (preferred)
  • Proficient in IT (word, excel & CRM's)
 
Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)
  • Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports at Schools and Clubs.
  • Administration duties include managing CRM, documents, email, and phone contact with staff and clients.
  • Fulfilling roles based in schools (various), OSHC centres, clubs and vacation care centres.
  • Working closely with the Head of National Operations.
