We are seeking a Supervisor, Field Technician to lead our technical team in the Mexico City metropolitan area, supporting operations in Cuautitlán and Tepotzotlán. In this role, you will oversee a team of Field Technicians responsible for the production, deployment, testing, and maintenance of Slip Robotics' systems — both in-house and at customer sites.

As a working supervisor, you'll be hands-on alongside your team while also owning their performance, scheduling, and professional development. You'll serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinate closely with Engineering, Production Operations, and Field Support, and ensure our customers in Mexico receive best-in-class technical service and training. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and holds their team to the highest standards of quality and accountability.

Buscamos un Supervisor de Técnicos de Campo para liderar nuestro equipo técnico en la Zona Metropolitana de la Ciudad de México, con operaciones en Cuautitlán y Tepotzotlán. En este rol, supervisarás un equipo de Técnicos de Campo responsables de la producción, implementación, pruebas y mantenimiento de los sistemas de Slip Robotics, tanto en instalaciones internas como en sitios de clientes.

Como supervisor operativo, trabajarás activamente junto a tu equipo mientras también te responsabilizas de su desempeño, programación y desarrollo profesional. Serás el punto de escalamiento técnico para problemas complejos, coordinarás de cerca con los equipos de Ingeniería, Operaciones de Producción y Soporte en Campo, y garantizarás que nuestros clientes en México reciban un servicio técnico y capacitación de primer nivel.
